Homemade refried beans

Awhile ago I recieved this reciepe and was intimidated by it. It takes a bit of time to work on these beans. One day I made them and messed up a bit on the directions. So, then I thought one day I am gong to try again. I did and wow they came out so good. We loved them. They are so much better then canned version. My only problem now is I need to make a double batch of them instead of one. Off to work I go. I am making these this morning. After you get going they are not so bad.
